These terms cover using Wallpeace — the free library and the paid Premium and Premium+ plans. Wallpeace, run by Wallpeace, is referred to as “we”. By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1.The free library
Free wallpapers can be downloaded without an account and used as described in the license. We may add, change or remove wallpapers at any time.
2.Premium and Premium+
Premium and Premium+ are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: you pay once and are never charged again. Each plan gives access to the wallpapers and files listed for it in the plans on Wallpeace at the time you buy, and to those we add to that plan later, for as long as Wallpeace operates.
Prices are shown before checkout. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a purchase already made.
3.Payment
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Your card details go to Dodo Payments, never to us.
4.Delivery
A purchase belongs to the Wallpeace account it was made from. After payment, every file in your plan can be downloaded from your library whenever you are signed in to that account.
Your account is for you alone. Sharing its sign-in, or letting others download through it, is not allowed and may end your access. Keep your password safe; if you forget it, you can reset it.
5.Refunds
Refunds are covered by the refund policy. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, access to its files ends.
6.Using the wallpapers
What you may do with each wallpaper is set out in the license. All wallpapers remain our work; buying a plan grants a license to use them, not ownership.
7.Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-download or mirror the site, or try to reach files your plan doesn't include.
- Don't resell, redistribute or re-upload wallpapers, free or paid.
- Don't interfere with the site or its security.
8.Availability and changes
We work to keep Wallpeace available but can't promise it will always be. If we ever stop offering paid plans, we will give buyers reasonable notice and time to download their files.
9.Liability
The site and wallpapers are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Changes apply from then on and never take away what you have already bought.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
