Privacy Policy

1. 1.When you browse

   We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers a few display preferences (such as the MacBook finish you picked) in your own browser's storage; they never leave your device.

   Our hosting (Contabo), network and file storage (Cloudflare) and database (Supabase) keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run the service and keep it secure. We count downloads per wallpaper, not per person.

2. 2.When you create an account

   Premium is kept with a Wallpeace account. For it we store your email address and, if you sign up with one, your password — only as a salted hash, which no one can read back. If you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and no password.

   Signing in sets cookies that keep you signed in on that browser. They're needed for the account to work and are never used for tracking. Accounts are run by Supabase; sign-in and password emails are sent through Resend.

3. 3.When you buy

   Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. It collects your payment details, billing information and email to take the payment and handle tax, under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

   From Dodo Payments we receive your email address, the plan you bought, the amount, and the payment ID. We keep these to deliver your purchase to your account, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations.

4. 4.When you write to us

   If you email us — for support or a custom wallpaper request — we keep the conversation to answer and follow up.

5. 5.How long we keep it

   Purchase records are kept for as long as your purchase gives you access, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are deleted when they're no longer needed.

6. 6.Who we share it with

   Only the services that run Wallpeace for us — Contabo (hosting), Cloudflare (network and file storage), Supabase (accounts and database), Dodo Payments (payments), Resend (email) and, if you use it to sign in, Google — and only for that purpose. We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.

7. 7.Your rights

   You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (where we aren't required to keep it). Write to hello@wallpeace.com from your account's email address. You can also ask us to delete your account.

8. 8.Changes

   If this policy changes, the date above will show it. Significant changes will also be noted on the site.
